How do I make direct contact with the hotel?

If I make an online booking, will I be offered a ‘best rate’?
- Online bookings generally offer the ‘best available rates’ for that date and time.
Are your hotel rates per person or per room?
- Hotel rates are per room based on a maximum occupancy.
What are the type of credit cards accepted during the booking process?
- VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
My credit card details necessary when making a reservation?
- Yes, to guarantee the reservation only.
Will my credit card be charged?
- We may block an amount on the credit card, equivalent to 1 night’s room charge to guarantee payment but this block will be automatically released in two weeks if not redeemed. Furthermore, we do not charge without proper authorisation from the guest. However, select packages may require full-prepayment at the time of booking but this will be made known at the time of making the reservation. Guests can choose to settle the bill in cash or credit card at the time of check-out.
How safe are credit card details that are submitted online?
- Our hotel uses SSL secure encryption to ensure that all your personal information and credit card details are kept confidential. The security of information is very important for us. For added security, guests are requested to present the credit card used in the online booking/purchase of accommodation together with personal identification (ID card or passport) upon check-in. Should you not wish to submit your credit card information online, we are pleased to accept reservations via fax or phone. However, credit card information will still be required to guarantee the reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?

CANCELLATION POLICY*
All reservations must be guaranteed, either by a credit card or cash. All cancellations and changes must be made by 6:00 pm, local time, 72 hours prior to arrival date. Otherwise, either a penalty of one night’s room rate plus tax and service will be billed to the credit card or the deposit received for the reservation will be forfeited. Any material changes requested within the cancellation period are subject to approval by the Hotel.
No SHOW POLICY
In case of no show, your stay will be cancelled and your reserved room will no longer be available. No show will be charged in accordance with the hotel no show policy:
• In case of no show 100{34160f91b738e45887e726b14035e6f6606621285e7b627fd68c325ed2fba859} of the room rate will be charged.
Do you have pets’ policy?
- Regrettably, pets are not allowed.
What are you check-in and check-out times?
- Check in is 14:00 HRS

Is it possible to check-in earlier?
- Yes, it is subject to room availability. To guarantee the room, we require one night charge to reserve room.
What is the charge for late check-out?

Check out 6 pm, the hotel requires to charge half day price.
Check out after 6 pm, the hotel requires to charge full price.

How do I cancel my hotel reservation without a charge?
- On loophotelpenang.com you will get the privilege of cancellation 24 hours prior to your arrival
If the booking is made by travel agent the cancellation has to take place 3 days in advance
If the booking is made by corporate account the cancellation has to take place 2 days in advance
Can I check-in if the booking is under some else’s name?
- It is for security reason. The hotel is not allowed to check in if there is no name register.
Can I make a booking on behalf of another person but pay it with my own credit cards?
- Yes, you can. We will send you the credit card authorization form and require copy of credit card front-back.
Do you have any special packages for honeymoons and anniversaries?
- Normally the hotel provides special set up for Honeymooner or Anniversaries liked flower, room set up, cake. (There would be some charges, please check again with our staff via e-mail : enquiry@loophotelpenang.com)

What is the hotel’s policy regarding children?
- * There is no charge for child below the age of 12 years sharing a room with parent(s) on existing bedding. Maximum 1 child per room.
* If an extra bed is required, regardless of age, an extra bed charge will be incurred.
* Children of age 12 years and above are charged adult rates.
* Children between the ages of 5 to 11 years are chargeable at child rates (half of adult price).
* Complimentary breakfast for child under 5 years old.

- Vegetarian food are not available, but we do served upon request like salad ,bread or eggs.

- Yes, we served with halal food and our restaurant are halal.
Do you have 24 hours room service?
- Currently, our room service is available upon request and the last order should be made before 2.30 pm.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
- Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.
Which room types have a smoking room option available?
- Regrettably, we don’t provide smoking room.
Is smoking permitted in any of the hotel premises ?
- Yes, we have a smoking area.
Do you have twin, triple and quadruple rooms?
- We have twin/king rooms to accommodate 2 persons, Family rooms (Loop Family) and Connecting room (Loop Connecting) that can accommodate up to 4 persons.
Do you have connecting rooms?
- Yes, we have connecting rooms.
What is the cost of an extra bed?
- Regrettably, we don’t provide extra bed.
Can I have two extra beds in my room?
- Regrettably, we don’t provide extra bed.

- No, we do not charge for visitors. However, identification may be required for security purposes.

- It just takes 30 Mins from Airport to Hotel by Car. Regrettably, we don’t provide airport transfer.

Can luggage be store at the property whilst I travel elsewhere?
- Yes, you can store the luggage at the property.
Is there a doctor on call?
- Yes, you may ask for more information from our reservations’ staffs.

- We are only 4.5 km. (14 mins drive) away from PENANG General Hospital.
Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
- We are only 150m. (2 mins walk) away from Mayfair Forex Sdn. Bhd.
